Do I need to register when purchasing from

Please create a account for the first time purchase. This will enable us to keep track of your online purchases and history of our subsequent visit. We will of course keep your personal information private and ensure it is safe. All payment made to will be encrypted and secured using SSL protection. We will however not retain your personal credit/debit payment information. 

Do you have a store?

We do not have a retail store as is a online platform e-commerce store although we have currently two office locations in Singapore and Taiwan.

Where are the locations for self-collection?

There is no self-collection available as is committed to free shipping in your home country.

How to Place an Order

Does placing an item(s) into my shopping basket confirm my order?

Your order is only confirmed after you have received the payment invoice. Please select Cash-On-Delivery if you wish to do bank transfer directly.

Can I amend my order after checking out?

All orders are deemed confirmed and final upon checkout. So please ensure that everything is checked and correct prior to placing your order.

How do I search for item(s) on your website?

Simply key in the product's name or description in our search bar and press Enter! Alternatively, if you already know the brand, simply key it into the search bar. You may also browse our items via category provided in the main navigation bar.

I have proceeded to the payment but my order status is “Payment Error”. What do I do?

Please give us a call (+65 6678 7731) or drop us an email via this form if you encounter this issue. For Taiwan Customers, please call +886-800-666-370.If payment transaction was successful, we will issue you an online voucher for you to re-order your items without making another payment. If payment transaction was unsuccessful, we will ask re-order your items and make payment. Be assured, there will not be a duplicate payment.

I have made duplicate payments. Will I be refunded?

Please give us a call or drop us an email via this form if you encounter this issue. We will check the transactions with our finance team and proceed to a refund if duplicate payments are found. Please allow 7-14 working days for refunds to be processed back to your card.

I bought the wrong size. Can I get an exchange? have friendly return policy if you are wondering after placing a order, you can exchange the product only with us on a different sizing if it doesn’t fit you.

However, you must notify us 7 days upon receiving and keep the original packaging in good condition.

Shipping & Delivery

Where does ship to?

TheRunShop deliver to Singapore, Taiwan, China and Hongkong. Please ensure you have correct address and we will provide tracking number to update you on the delivery.

How will my order be shipped to me and what is the estimated delivery time?

All deliveries are shipped with third party courier companies. You will be informed when we ship your order from our warehouse and will also be provided with a tracking number.

You should allow order in Taiwan to reach you within 3 working days, Orders in Singapore - 3 working days, Orders in China and Hongkong at least 14 days due to custom clearance.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email confirmation. The tracking number will be provided separately via email for you to track your package. If you're unable to locate the tracking number, feel free to contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you!

I need to return an item. Should I pay for shipping fees?

Please call us and we will arrange our courier to pick up from you instead.
